Friday Adult Day Ticket

Full access to Trade Show, live demonstrations, seminar stages, exhibition plaza and public festival areas on Friday.
Valid for Friday only. Admission ticket required.
Saturday Adult Day Ticket
Saturday 24 July 2027
Full day access to trade exhibits, active competition heats, demonstrations and festival areas until 17:00.
Valid Saturday daytime only. Does NOT grant access to Saturday Party Night. Latest exit 17:00.
Sunday Adult Day Ticket
Sunday 25 July 2027
Full day access to final competitions, trade expo, awards ceremonies and festival areas.
Valid Sunday only. Admission ticket required.
Adult 3-Day Weekend Ticket
Friday–Sunday (23–25 July)
Full 3-day access across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including trade exhibitions, competitions, demos and Saturday Party Night access (18:00–22:15) with fireworks & World Record Attempt.
Valid across all three event days with official wristband. Non-transferable for profit.
Family 3-Day Ticket
Friday–Sunday (23–25 July)
Covers 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5–17 for all 3 festival days. Children under 5 are free (must be registered on booking). Additional children require separate child tickets (£7/day).
Valid Friday–Sunday. Proof of age may be requested for youth attendees.

Camping & RV Pitches (3 Nights)
Stay on-site Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Total capacity: 500 pitches (including 30 RV slots).
Standard 3-Night Camping Pitch
3-night stay (Fri, Sat, Sun nights). Allows maximum 6 people per pitch. All occupants must hold valid event admission tickets. Includes Saturday Party Night access (18:00–22:15) with fireworks & World Record Attempt.
Permits one car/van and one small trailer where space permits. No open fires.
RV 3-Night Pitch (with Power)
3-night stay (Fri, Sat, Sun nights) for RV unit with power hook-up. Max 6 people per pitch. All occupants must hold valid event admission tickets. Includes Saturday Party Night access (18:00–22:15).
Permits one RV unit. Generators/cooking equipment must comply with fire safety rules.

Ticket & Camping Terms
Official conditions of sale, grounds rules, safeguarding, and admission policies
General
- •All prices are stated including VAT unless otherwise indicated.
- •The organiser may amend programme, lineup, activities and facilities without prior notice.
- •Tickets, camping pitches and RV slots are subject to availability.
- •Products may be withdrawn or suspended for safety, security or operational reasons.
Tickets & Admission
- •Adult day tickets are valid for the selected calendar day only.
- •Adult 3-day weekend tickets are valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday with wristband validation.
- •Family 3-day tickets cover 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5–17 for all 3 days. Under 5s are free but must be registered.
- •Proof of age may be requested upon entry.
- •Tickets are personal to the named holder/original purchaser and may not be resold or transferred for profit.
- •Name changes may be permitted at organiser discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.
- •The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets, wristbands or passes.
- •Tickets, camping and RV pitches are non-refundable, except in the event of full festival cancellation by the organiser.
- •In the event of postponement, tickets will normally transfer to the rescheduled date.
Camping & RV Rules
- •Camping pitches are 3-night pitches covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
- •Event admission is not included in camping fees. All pitch occupants must hold a valid event ticket for the days they attend.
- •Maximum 6 people (including children) per pitch.
- •Specific pitch location is not guaranteed. Organiser reserves the right to allocate or relocate pitches for operational or safety reasons.
- •One vehicle (car/van) or one RV unit allowed per pitch, plus one small trailer where space permits.
- •Strictly no open fires. Cooking appliances and generators must comply with site fire safety rules.
- •Quiet hours are enforced between 23:00 and 07:00.
- •Camping areas are subject to security searches on entry and exit.
Food, Drink & Prohibited Items
- •No outside food or alcohol may be brought into the main event arena.
- •Food and beverage brought for personal consumption is permitted in the camping zone only, but cannot be carried from camping to the main event grounds.
- •Only food and drinks purchased from approved onsite vendors may be consumed in the main event area.
- •Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, flares, glass bottles where prohibited, and dangerous or unsuitable items.
Media, Safety & Jurisdiction
- •Commercial photography, videography or broadcast recording requires prior written accreditation from ScaffFest organisers.
- •Personal non-commercial photography and video is permitted provided it does not disrupt competitors, staff or attendees.
- •Zero tolerance policy for abusive, violent, discriminatory or antisocial behaviour. Violators will be removed without refund.
- •Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- •Attendees must remain in designated spectator areas and obey all barriers, safety signage and steward instructions around heavy construction equipment.
- •Separate ticketed functions such as galas or dinners are not included in standard admission or camping and are sold separately.
- •Governing Law: The laws of England and Wales govern these terms with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
